After working for over twenty years in the advertising/marketing spaces for myself and ad agencies/design firms and within the corporate world, I’ve now found my true calling to help entrepreneurs like you to realize and succeed in their dreams. My work in these various industries has helped me build a solid foundation through hands-on experience in interactive, print, web and video production. I remind myself that I can conquer this and work through it even though it may become overwhelming at the moment but in the end it is always resolved

Not let things bother me, keep a good sense of humor throughout the process and allow things to resolve themselves as they always do

Devise and create a well-planned and researched strategy that will resolve this in the most efficient, prompt manner

I brainstorm creatively about it until my gut instinct gets clarity to the solution

I’m considered a trailblazer in what I do with tremendous follow through to completion, you might even say I’m always the first to come up with intuitive ideas that others haven’t thought about or implemented

I have my own unique approach when facing any challenge resulting in resolving it unconventionally but thoroughly

Suppose your business begins to take off in the next few months and you experience an influx of new clients (more than you can accommodate) how would you handle this?

I would screen each potential client based on how they align with my values and goals while at the same time allow me to select only the type of clients that are only a good fit for me as my time is a very valuable asset to my business

I would do all I can to accommodate each and everyone of them, after all they do need my help and that’s why they seek my expertise

There is no amount of clients I can’t handle, I believe in my craft and in my abilities to do my job well, being successful in this business means you need to always be ready for anything that comes up, so the more the better

I know when to specifically book their appointments and calculate a time frame for each and every individual, so I know when they’re scheduled. Perhaps, I would create a system to help me accommodate and manage the overflow

I would focus on completing projects for my current clients I have now, as they are the priority while at the same time I would schedule only new potential clients afterwards. I focus on quality over quantity.

When it comes to client relations, sometimes we develop lasting friendships that result from our businesses, how do you separate business from friendship in your day to day operations?

Developing friendships in business is a good thing, people need to know who they can trust, however being a successful entrepreneur also requires a balance between treating them with respect and having them understand that you are running a business. that’s why I have a clear set of rules that I live by when dealing with clients

Working with clients who have become friends is great, you know you can trust them and it can even make it more fun to work with them because they have learned to trust me as the person to go to

Having friends in the business is so important and being able to make people feel good is just good business practice, who wants to work with people you don’t know or trust

The most logical way to handle a business is to clearly treat all your clients all equally the same way, especially if they have become a friend

I am open to unexpected connections of friendship if it speaks to my inner instincts this will only add to the working relationship and enhance my clients experience
